Green Tea?

Any of you have tried Green Tea? For losing weight :$?

Okay don’t look like that please… I am not getting moti.. Just need to loose 3/5 kgs that’s it.. Yes that’s it :$, am damn lazy I can’t do exercise, diet anything!!!

My cousin told me about green tea, I was like YUCK? Green Tea? I didn’t take it serious… but from 3 days am on Lipton Lemon Green Tea, read some where that it helps losing weight.

Now guys tell me, if you have used it then what is your experience? And what else should I use?

  1. In 2006 green tea was in full swing. from drink to buble gum to “chewing tablets for nazla zukam khansi” everything was advertised on green tea. I have seen this lipton over here too but havent read the ingredients yet, if it has EGCG which is said to increas your metabolism in order to weight loss and was the main advertising campaign for “snapple”
    lipton here says that it has flavonoid antioxident, to me its just another trick to sell the product.
    my cousin did reduce his weight but we argue on the reason he thinks snapple drink with EGCG did help him while I think its the daily practice of five miles marathone for his school.
    for rest of us the best might be “where is the gym”

  2. If you want quick results like loosing a kg or two in a week or 10 days, kick green tea out. But overall its good, as it fastens the metabolic activity in your body 🙂

    Lipton’s Green tea sux BTW, try Gin Seng … Sorry to break the news BUT you’ll have to exercise along with Green Tea 🙂

  3. i m tring it for a month now, its good n refreshing and make me active when i feel lazy, and i have lost a inch or two from my waistline but mind you need a have a healty low fat low cal diet with it too eg. like to take low cal cereals in morning and 12 or more glass of water.
    i hope u can do that to shed some weight. you will definitely feel accomplished and confident.

    Have you heard about Cannawar Seed (Kalwanji)? Regularly take 6-8 seeds first in the morning and you will be in good health and will lose extra inches. I think so!
    Or drink water with honey every morning and you will become slimmer.

  5. yup it helps…my mother is using it and she is satisfied with it…btw the best way to keep ur weight in check is ‘cut the junk’…happy dieting 🙂

  7. have to leave two things to reduce weight first “rice” second “chapati”
    2.take 250 gram “ajwain” in a bowel and dip it in lemon for three days .when dry than take two tabspoon every day early in the morningor can also add kalonji in it.both ajwain and kalongi are good for wt reduction.

  8. I have successfully used green tea to dissolve extra fat from my waist. It does work. I take one cup after lunch and one cup after dinner.

    I hope it will work for your as well.

  10. I read similar article also named Green Tea?, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me

  11. hey…. green tea is ok….but you have to take it without suger + make the mel time on there proper time …….and the most bst option is to take 6 small meals insid of 3 big meal….do to taht fat burning process wil b fst …so u wil get early….. and not eat at lit night…..for ex …when you finish your night meal then try to not eat uo to morning……. eat to mch at morning …and in mid day les then morning one and at night to litle jst to compt habit…… just try it….. but with exec

  12. With drinking green tea you can lose your weight and at the same time have a healthier lifestyle. Our body still needs exercise whether we are consuming either a weight loss green tea or ginseng, to have a healthier body and achieve the desired weight.
